About us
Creating Spaces lead project manager and senior director Adrian, started his career having studied Architecture and technical drawing. He then went on to work for his father’s well-regarded Brighton-based construction company training as a project manager, builder and carpenter. During these many years he was able to study a range of skilled trades from groundwork through to cabinet making and specialising in high-quality, finishing work.
Adrian eventually became a partner with his father and together they built an award winning construction company. Shortly after his father’s retirement, Adrian became a property developer which enabled him to return to design work, encompassing landscapes and interiors through to full architectural and construction drawings for high-end, bespoke homes and multiple housing plots.
Creating Spaces now works as a boutique design and building contractor where Adrian intentionally takes an artisan approach keeping the team size small so quality remains the focus but also enables the ability to tackle multi-million pound building projects.
Awards
Finished projects have received many accolades including five Sussex Heritage Trust Awards, RIBA recognition as well as many Design & Build Awards from Adur & Worthing Council. We were also awarded by the Federation of Master Builders as their best builder for the Southern Counties.
